When major shows (not Motley Crue) come to Las Vegas, where does one typically buy tickets online? tickets.com or ticketmaster.com or some other similar place? Where are major concerts typically held in Vegas? Is there an arena type of venue outside of a casino?

Mgm regularly hosts concerts. Van Halen will be there on their upcoming tour.
