i have been sending PMs to JonF and i booked MGM the week of March 18-23 for $88/night + fees. easy now we cannot eliminate fees. it is just the cost of doing business. the AVP MGM Promo is excellent but as of 10p cst monday the price jumped to $100/night that week.
Jon has informed me that the weekend of March 23,24,25 will b a AVP weekend. March Madness will b or close to b playing,March is an AVP month and AVP June will only b 3 months away. all the correct cards r falling and will b in play. c yall there

That's right. I'm planning on scheduling the March Tourney/Meet at a date that will fall within the timeframe that MGM's room specials will be valid for...and I believe that is nearing the timeframe when the offer expires (although it needs to be booked wayyyy sooner than that. But the booking dates extend until then.

We haven't planned that far ahead and don't know where the event will be, but I just wanted to make sure that we can take advantage of MGM's discounted room rate offer for it.
