I would also like to know this. I only played in wsop events last year, then just played in daily tournaments at places like the venetian or ceasers. But I would love to know if anyone remembers the structure from last year. More or less the starting chip size, and how the fast the blinds went up. Also, the average amount of people getting in these. If it is less than 100, i will just play at the venetian or other places on the strip, but if it is over 100 on average. I am sure it is similiar to last year if someone remembers.

No structure sheets for the Deep Stack No Limit Holdem May 30 - July 16 tourneys. Any idea when those will be posted?

I played in this last year. The day I played, registration was capped at 300 because of the massive-field Seniors event that was taking up most of the available tournament tables. Aside from that, most days were well in excess of 300 runners. The structure was excellent for a deepstack. The tourney I played started at 1:00, and I busted in 25th or so (min-cash) around 11:30pm.
I am a bit uncertain how they'll tweak it this year. I get the feeling that they don't necessarily want these tourneys running until 5:00am on a regular basis, so I wouldn't be surprised if they cap entries or tinker with the starting chips/levels. Expect them to be popular regardless, though.
I look forward to the early reports from those who actually play them in 2011.

I was told, upon inquiry, that they did not intend to release structure sheets until just before the start of this year's WSOP because they are relatively inexpensive and competitive with other local daily tournaments. So, stay tuned to the WSOP web site for more details.

Hey
I played a couple of the 11 pm ones last year. They had aroud 180 players as I remember and 10K or 15K starting stacks and 20 or 30 minute levels. That was a LOT of play for $175.

The structure sheets have been posted for the daily deepstack tournaments at wsop.com. The $135 starts with 5,000 in TC, blinds going up every 30 minutes. The $185 starts with 10,000 in TC, blinds going up every 30 minutes. The $235 starts with 15,000 TC, blinds going up every 30 minutes. They start at 10pm, 6pm and 2pm, respectively.

Thanks, Jess ... I've been waiting for that info for a while now. The $235 starts at 2pm, the $185 at 6pm (I think) and the $135 at 10pm, so the reduced stacks for the later starts certainly make sense. I wonder if they're going to cap the number of entrants in each? I remember that last year they had over 500 people enter on multiple occasions, making for early-next-morning finishes.
FYI...That structure has been nearly 2x as fast so the play is greatly diminished in this so called "deepstack" as compared to 2010
That's true, but with the large number of runners they got last year, they need them to move faster. Case in point, is a 25th place finish at 11 pm leads to a very late finish for this one day tourney.
