1. People who try to grab an empty seat when there is a wait list and the dealers who allow it to happen.
2. People who leave the table for more than 20-30 minutes. If I'm going to the buffet, I take my chips from the table and get on the dinner list.
3. People who wear sunglasses at a 1-2NL table.

That's not an issue in Los Angles area rooms as most players eat at the table. Though my peeve there is players who eat messy food like sandwiches or pizza with their hands and don't wipe their hands off each time they touch their food. The only time I've ever called for a setup is when I saw some slob with mustard on his fingers get some on the cards. The dealer obviously did not see it. My rule is: If there is a food that can not be eaten with a knife and fork then it does not belong at a poker table.
Though I can add to this list players who become oblivious to the game when ordering food and/or drinks.
One of my biggest pet peeves if players who lay their hands flat on top of their cards completely covering them so that only Superman with his X-ray vision would be able to tell that they still had cards.

1) Drunks who insist they are making the right play every time. I don't mind the drunks at the table as they will pass their stack to me more times than not, but the constat chatter drives me batty.
2) Multiple referances to KGB - the first bad Russian accent, OK, I can live with it - the movie is iconic in the poker world. But hearing the same a-hole talk over and over in the voice - blech. STFU!
3) Ultra-loose agressive players who come into a NL low stakes game with thousands in their pocket and are willing to take massive chip swings. Not that I personally don't know how to handle this guy, but the more inexperienced players at the table get intimidated and will leave, creating a more skilled table thus less chances to make $$$. I see this all too often on weekends in Atlantic City.
4) Speaking of Atlantic City, and thank goodness this will die down shortly, if I have to listen to another Philadelphia Philly's fan talk about their 10,000 loss in team history at the table, I'm GOING TO BE SICK! The last three weeks have been brutal!

I would like to take this moment to apologize to everyone I have played with at the table for my too-frequent "Dang, I would've won if I'd stayed in" comments. I just hate the feeling of mucking J 6 then seeing a couple of 6's show up on the flop. The worst was when I mucked a 4 and what appeared on the flop? The other 3 fours.
But I vow to amend my ways.
Last week I played at a table where after every hand there was a middle aged guy who launched into why he did what he did. "Well, I knew you had such and such, so I raised so that guy would ... etc etc." He was friendly about it, but I was ready to say "Just play your hand and stop with the post-game analysis."

I feel your pain, brother. My FIRST ever hand in a live NL game, I folded 10 2os, mainly due to raise and reraise ahead of me. Very loose game - 4 to the flop, which was three tens. 700+ pot. Argh. I did not, however, bitch about it. Until now LOL.

What a great thread!
I can't believe that I do 90% of these pet peeves!!! J/k
1) I hate all poker stories that don't involve hand discussion. I don't care what happened, b/c we've all seen miracles. If you want to discuss a hand, I'll be the first one in the listening pool.
2) Slow-rolling
3) Players NOT showing their hands when all-in during a cash game. Especially when after the river is dealt no one wants to show first.
4) People the bitch out other players for sucking out on them. Hey moron, you got your money in good and lost, why are you complaining? Don't help him become a better player!
5) Grinders. I hate them. You know the guys. They fold the small blind after 6 limpers came in. And they fold 75% of the time when this occurs. Get a LIFE!

Forget being a grinder, that example is being FINANCIALLY IRRESPONSIBLE! That drives me nuts as well.

1) When players have their red chips in stacks of ten (which doesn't bother
me), but then in order to call a $50 bet they break a stack down into
five stacks of two. Jeez, you obviously made an effort to maintain $50
stacks, WTF!
2) Dealers who ask "Is the button right?" It's your game, you run it.
3) Players who constantly replay hands out loud, seemingly to impress
others.
4) People who berate other players with stuff like " How could you call me
after the flop?"
5) People who tell you they've playing a certain amount of years as if that
automatically makes them a decent player.
I've played quite a few years but I know I've got alot to learn.
6) When you point out that a card is bent, or has a crease in it, and the
dealer acts like you're being a pain in the ass when you ask for it to be
removed from play.
