AVP is very proud to FINALLY announce our upcoming launch of the All Vegas Poker Tour!

Since 2008, AVP has hosted a number of private and open tournaments at various poker rooms around Las Vegas. Participation has continued to increase over the years, which was highlighted by a nearly 400-person max-capacity turnout at our last All Vegas Poker event, “AVP XIV” at MGM Grand (video below). In 2012, we at AVP will be formalizing our long-standing regularly held tournaments into the All Vegas Poker Tour.

The All Vegas Poker Tour will be a series of tournaments at some of world’s most prestigious poker rooms, right here in Las Vegas. All of the tournaments will be open events, and we can assure that they will appeal to all visiting and local Las Vegas poker players, whether or not they are members of the AVP Community.

As you have probably noticed, we at AVP are striving to be the best possible resource for poker enthusiasts in Las Vegas and around the world. Our recent acquisition of The Poker Atlas is a major step in expanding our coverage beyond the world’s poker capital of Las Vegas, to all of North America. Given our track record of successful and enjoyable AVP events, we are confident that the All Vegas Poker Tour will deliver a great deal of excitement throughout the poker community!

excellent news!! i hope we will still have AVP events in LAS on
March 22-26 2012 and June 14-18 2012.

I hope the summer/June event isn't the first weekend of June- I have a friend's wedding and a Roger Waters' concert that weekend. The traditional second weekend is fine

remember my 2012 dates r my best guesses as nothing has been officially announced. my guesses r based on 2011 weekends so?lol
the fall avp oct/nov date i will wait for an officially announcement.

There are already many open poker series in Las Vegas throughout the year. Apart from sponsorship, what would be different about an AVP poker series?
