Oh and got a crazy email from my rep at Lock. Will share details later but apparently lock is buying cake and moving off the merge network on June 1st.

Yesterday was not any better. I busted all three tourneys I played and lost $62 playing 1/2 at PHo. I played a Ballys shovefest then Aria then Harrahs. Standard bust out spots. I did hero fold AA on a K72K board where I lost half my stack. He didn't show but only a K or crazy bluff made sense
So I'm down about $750. Oh well. Still having fun. I'll be at network conference all day today

Played the mirage 7pm $65 tourney after the work conference was over. Only 25 runners. I busted out In 5th just short of the money. I shoved j9 from SB into the very tight BB. He tank called with AJ. Lol. I had 8BBs and he had me covered with about 15BBs.
I then played the mirage cash game till 4am and won just under $300. I'm at the work conference today. I have an 1130 flight in the morning. I miss my wife and kids so ill be ready to go home. I'll fit in one last session tonight.

Definitely. Prob mirage again as I don't know want to play a 7 hour tourney since I'd like to get some cash game action in (to win back some more of my losses)
0 for 6 on tourneys
Down $940 in tourneys, up $420 playing 1/2. No 2/5 yet this trip as it hasn't been running where I played
So down $520 but... Free trip and no vacation hours. Have to rationalize my losing somehow

I think I saw on twitter that you are staying at Imperial Palace? How is it there these days? Looks like I'll be staying there in about a week for four days. Hope it's not too bad.
Glad to hear you having fun and on a free trip yet.

It's a little worse than normal. The check in line is horrible practically all day. Check in after 9pm or wait an hour. Elevators are the normal slow so choose your room wisely. It's under construction and ugly. Also the poker room is kinda dead now that it's on the third floor which is unfortunate because Cindy who runs it is outstanding!!
